The Fitness Wear Edit

When lockdown 2.0 was announced I was determined to stick to a workout routine, the running I’d quite enjoyed during lockdown 1.0 had long worn off (far too cold) and I was introduced to Tracy Anderson Method (or re-introduced as I had a brief go last year) A friend convinced me to give it another try and I have to say I’m hooked. I managed to train consistently over the last month and actually woke up looking forward to moving my body. It’s a unique style of training and one that really suits me, I’m still on beginners and very happy there- workouts are typically 30-40 minutes which fits in well with my life (they do get longer as you progress through Intermediate and Advanced). One thing that does inspire me to train is good fitness wear and I  ordered a few new pieces recently; H&M has the best edit on the high street, pieces that really hold you in, I love the seamless sports tights & bralettes (cut a little longer so no stomach is exposed!) Varley will always be my go-to brand for activewear, I love the muted prints and they have the best selection of pullovers to throw on. I also recently discovered Girlfriend Collective, a simple collection of Sports Bras & Leggings in classic colourways. You will need ankle and hand weights for the Tracy Anderson Method and I love my BALA bands, perfect for home workouts. Shop my Fitness Wear Edit below.
