This week I had the urge to have a wardrobe detox and this in turn has inspired me to start putting together a shopping list to get prepared for the new season. I’m constantly trying to build a cohesive wardrobe so I’m really thinking about recent purchases, and how anything I add to my wardrobe has to mix in well with key pieces I already own (recent buys include Alaia Crystal Embellished Flats & By Malene Birger Leather Trench). I start by putting together a wish-list on my go-to sites NETAPORTER and MATCHES. I then seek out my favourite designer’s to see what they’re doing this season (Toteme, By Malene Birger, Khaite & LouLou Studio) plus my go-to high street brands, Cos, Arket and H&M. Here’s the list so far!

I’ve just ordered these striped Frankie Shop trousers and plan to live in them this summer, they’ll be great for travelling.

Another recent purchase, Ugg’s Tasman. I’m all for comfort and have been slipping these on with relaxed jeans for a dressed down, every-day outfit.

I love a good leather jacket, and Toteme’s Army Leather will mix in perfectly with my current wardrobe.

Loewe’s Puzzle Fold Bag is functional yet stylish. I love the simple design.

Living in jeans I’m always on the look-out for shirts and blouses to dress them up. LOULOU studio gauze shirt & Cos voile blouse are perfect.

& talking off jeans, I love the relaxed style of Denimist high rise wide leg jeans.

A leather pencil skirt is a go-to of mine. Dress up with simple sandals and a bodysuit or dress down with flip-flops and a white tee/grey sweatshirt. I love the look of this one from Frankie Shop.
